Events at The Farmhouse Hotel and Restaurant:

What does an Event at The Farmhouse mean to us? Well, for our chefs, it is all about the seasons, the planting of seasonal vegetables, the picking of the first Jersey Royals in April, asparagus picking in May or the onset of the “Glorious 12th”, a date when Grouse should take cover! For the restaurant team, it’s about the release of the years first Beaujolais or the start of summer when the pool and sun terrace open. For our team of gardeners, they have different “events” all year round that keep them busy.

Then there are the other fun events here at The Farmhouse. The ones where we have sports stars and celebrities joining us for comedy and fundraising lunches and dinners or where we have the Sarnia Jazz band entertain you whilst enjoying a sumptuous 3 course meal. The Farmhouse has the space and flexibility to make even the smallest gathering a main “event”. For me personally, it’s the smells of the first bbq’s whafting across the The Farmhouse gardens, or the freshly cut lawns around the rolling countryside – summer has arrived.
